ONCE WILD RANCH

Where Adopting a Gentled Mustang or Burro just became easier!

In conjunction with the Mustang Heritage Foundation and the BLM off-range holding facilities, we are committed to removing America's many wild horses and burros caught in the limbo of countless holding pens.

We are passionate about gentling these animals and placing them with qualified approved adoptive homes.  The goal is ensuring they have productive lives in partnership with humans.

This process is a comprehensive one, including community outreach and education, volunteer opportunities, clinics, adoption events, and other services.

We believe this approach preserves and respects the history that is the American Mustang and Burro, at the same time ensuring a positive relationship with people well into the future.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A MUSTANG OR BURRO
by
ADOPTING

We need to reduce the number of Mustangs and Burros living in BLM off-range corrals and pastures. By you adopting, will help ONCE WILD RANCH to reduce this situation.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A MUSTANG OR BURRO

At ONCE WILD RANCH, in conjunction with the Mustang Heritage Foundation and the BLM off-range holding facilities, we are focused on connecting gentled mustangs and burros with approved adopters to reduce the number of mustangs and burros in holding.  To accomplish our goal, we need to expand training, education, increase public awareness, make the adoption process easier and to help increase the number of successful adoptions.
